We currently ship orders to available U.S. delivery addresses. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Orders are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery timing depends on the shipping method selected at checkout, carrier performance, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when tracking is available. Please allow time for the carrier tracking page to update after the label is created.

Please review your shipping address before placing an order. If an address is entered incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible through our contact page. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please check nearby delivery areas and contact the carrier first. If you still need help, contact us with your order number and shipping details.
